Job summary

Capstone Management seeks a motivated Leasing Agent to join our Amarillo community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate lease signings to help meet revenue and occupancy goals.

You will coordinate with maintenance, ensure show units are ready, execute marketing campaigns, and use on-site software to track traffic and demographics. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of Leasing experience in multifamily properties.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare leases and move-in paperwork; support resident move-in.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate maintenance.
