Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention at a Greystar-managed community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure a smooth move‑in and lease signing.

You will stay informed on market conditions, develop short- and long-term marketing goals, and execute programs to boost occupancy while coordinating with maintenance and teams for show readiness and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Ability to greet prospects, qualify leads, visit properties, and process applications.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Create and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Maintain show-ready units and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal packages and contacting renewing residents.
