Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time leasing coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive leasing, resident satisfaction, and renewal efforts at our Texas community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include maintaining show quality, coordinating with maintenance, and executing targeted marketing activities to generate traffic while adhering to community policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Licenses and certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and facilitate lease signings.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are move-in ready; coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue; apply policies for concessions and promotions.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, social media, email) and manage referrals and outreach programs.
• Utilize on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record activity, and maintain resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals; prepare renewal letters and packages.
