• Valid driver’s license for on-property golf cart use.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Maintain show units and office readiness for daily leasing activities.
