Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages, while coordinating move-ins and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

The role requires staying informed about market conditions, implementing marketing plans, and maintaining show-quality standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in ready condition; coordinate with maintenance for any repairs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow community policies on concessions and programs.
• Drive traffic to the community through various marketing activities, including online tools and referrals, and track leasing activities using on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Assist with lease renewal letters and packages; contact renewing residents before move-out dates to ensure timely renewals.
