Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team in this Texas community. You will manage leasing, showings, applications, and renewals, while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate marketing efforts, perform credit/background checks, and oversee move-ins. Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi and a valid driver’s license are required. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; able to lift up to 25 lb, 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure they are move-in ready; coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email) and marketing programs.
• Use on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and keep data up to date.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate with maintenance and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with letters and prepared packages.
