Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a 268-unit Single Family community. Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit checks, and move-in coordination to hit occupancy and revenue targets.

The role requires active engagement with prospects, residents, and the maintenance team, plus use of OneSite/Yardi. Flexible schedule, weekend rotations, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to greet, tour, and qualify prospects.
• Proficient with on-site CRM and leasing processes.

Aufgaben

• Perform sales and leasing activities to reach revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Use property management software to track availability and data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to secure leases/renewals.
• Support lease renewal process and documentation.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries.
