Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Saint Louis, Missouri is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident satisfaction, while supporting the Community Manager.

The role requires strong communication, sales and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour properties, qualify prospects, and close leases.
• Visually inspect the property daily for cleanliness; communicate service needs to the Property Manager.
• Demonstrate features and benefits to clients and close the sale; explain lease terms.
• Process rental applications and schedule move-ins; prepare lease documents and files.
• Maintain lease files and renewals; manage renewal outreach and rate comparisons.
• Record traffic from all sources and aim to convert at least 30% to leases.
• Assist with planning and execution of community marketing plans and outreach visits.
• Support with resident relations and move-in presentations.
