Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Laughlin, NV to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction, while supporting Community and Assistant Community Managers as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, sales ability, and teamwork. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will handle applications, conduct tours, and assist with marketing activities to drive traffic

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Residential leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and YARDI leasing software is expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes by generating traffic, responding to inquiries, touring prospects, and closing leases.
• Inspect property and model units; coordinate service needs with Property Manager.
• Process rental applications, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
• Maintain lease records and follow up with prospects to convert traffic to leases.
• Assist with marketing plans and community outreach to generate traffic.
