• Design marketing activities and manage referral programs and online ads.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and lease data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate upkeep.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages; engage renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
