Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing/marketing coordinator to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention across its communities. You will manage leasing, tours, applications, and renewals while coordinating with maintenance and property teams to ensure move-in readiness.

The role requires coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking leads via OneSite/Yardi, and delivering strong guest experiences to potential and current residents.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal activities for a rental community.
• Ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and move-ins.
• Strong knowledge of marketing plans and show unit standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, tour community, process applications, conduct screenings, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and leasing.
• Use property management software to track availability and prospect data.
• Support resident relations and lease renewals with timely communications.
