Responsabilidades

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and renewal offers.
• Maintain accurate property availability records and lease renewal reports.
• Process rental applications and coordinate with General Manager.
• Manage licenses and renewal processes with legal counsel and city authorities.
• Support check-in/out processes and ensure accurate documentation.
