Job summary

Campus Apartments’ Lancaster Campus is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Leasing & Marketing Manager to support day-to-day operations, drive leasing, and maintain high occupancy through effective marketing and responsive resident services. You’ll coordinate renewal offers, manage applications, assist with advertising programs, and communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and staff.

A bachelor’s degree and strong Microsoft Office skills are required; knowledge of Entrata is a plus;

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full occupancy and renewal processing.
• Maintain availability records and lease renewal reporting.
• Review and present rental applications for approval.
• Coordinate licenses and renewal processes with legal counsel and City authorities.
• Assist with check-out and final account statement procedures.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain good public relations.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports as needed.
• Help develop and implement advertising/marketing programs to position the property.
• Support resident retention programs and maintain courteous communication.
• Handle general administrative duties as needed.
