Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Agent to join our Lancaster property team. The role supports day-to-day operations, drives leasing activity, processes rental applications, and coordinates with management to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will handle inquiries, show units, prepare renewal offers, and assist with marketing and resident relations. A Bachelor degree or equivalent is preferred, with strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Familiarity with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing to maintain high occupancy and process renewals.
• Maintain accurate availability records and lease renewal reports.
• Process rental applications for General Manager approval.
• Support license management and renewal with legal counsel/City.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and timely.
• Address resident concerns promptly to maintain good relations.
• Contribute to weekly property performance reports.
• Assist in advertising/marketing programs to position the property.
