Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and manage renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of property availability and lease renewals.
• Process rental applications for General Manager approval.
• Coordinate licenses and renewal processes with city and counsel as needed.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure lease and resident check-ins are accurate and timely.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports as required.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing programs to position the property in the marketplace.
• Support resident retention initiatives and maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, employees and vendors.
• Answer telephones and perform general administrative duties.
