Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease packages for smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include inspecting show units, tracking activity in OneSite/Yardi, and implementing marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy while supporting renewal programs and timely lease signings.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing/sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Valid driver’s license for on-property tasks and move-in coordination.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Prepare lease documentation and coordinate move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate fixes.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activity in OneSite/Yardi.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
