• Process applications, credit screening, background checks, and move-in packages.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive property traffic.
• Manage lease renewals and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain property cleanliness and show units meet quality standards.
• Respond to resident concerns and enforce lease terms.
