Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Antioch, CA, to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. You will handle tours, applications, screening, and lease signings, while ensuring a smooth move-in and excellent resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Tue-Sat schedule. On-site work at a Greystar community includes competitive benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Create and drive traffic to the community through various marketing channels ( Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site management software and maintain accurate resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal programs with timely letters and packages to renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
