Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Executes leasing office processes and prepares lease and move-in packages.
• Handles renewals by communicating with renewing residents and preparing renewal documents.
• Responds to resident and owner inquiries and resolves issues promptly.
