Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience required.
• Lease-Up experience highly preferred.
• Experience with Yardi CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, including referrals and online marketing.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal activities by preparing renewal letters and packages.
• Address resident questions promptly and document requests to the appropriate team.
