Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect show units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Track traffic, leasing activity and resident data using on-site software.
• Prepare lease renewals and packages for renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests.
