Greystar in San Antonio, TX is seeking an on-site Leasing Associate to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will perform activities related to leasing to new residents, provide resident satisfaction during the lease term, and secure renewal of leases.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen backgrounds, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property management sales.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and execute move-ins.
• Familiar with conducting background checks and managing renewals.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours, screen applicants, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• View marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewal.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate with maintenance.
