Greystar seeks a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at an on-site community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will stay informed on market conditions, implement marketing plans, track data with on-site software, and support renewal activities to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with leasing and property showings.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Create and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Manage resident communications, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
