Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across communities, driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins, with a focus on meeting company standards for show units and marketing efficacy.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; able to lift up to 25 pounds unaided and 50 pounds with help.
• Willingness to travel to assist other properties as needed and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, including tours, applications, credit screening, and lease signings.
• Inspects apartments for move-in readiness and coordinates with maintenance.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Executes on-site marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
