Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused on-site team member to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a residential community. The role targets optimizing occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities, tours, applications, and timely renewals.

The position emphasizes market awareness, traffic generation via online tools, and daily use of property management software to track data and deliver a best-in-class leasing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, leasing or property marketing
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, tour communities, process applications and prepare leases
• Strong focus on resident satisfaction and renewal strategies

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals
• Show apartments, process applications, run background checks, and prepare move-in packages
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to ensure a high-quality showing
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and viewings
• Track traffic and leasing activities using property management software
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals
• Support lease renewal communications and timely renewal documents
• Respond to resident or owner inquiries promptly and professionally
