Job summary

Greystar seeks a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move‑ins and lease signings.

You will analyze market conditions, implement rental programs, and maintain show quality. The role also involves lease renewals and strong resident service in a dynamic, onsite office.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease & move‑in package.
• Develop and implement short- and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create and drive traffic through marketing activities and online tools.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and upkeep communication.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters/packages and contact renewing residents ahead of move‑out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and resolve issues.
