Job summary

Greystar in San Antonio is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across the community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and drive occupancy targets while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will use on-site management software to track activity, prepare lease packages, and support lease renewals, with a focus on service excellence and community standards.

Qualifications

• Licenses and/or certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospects; process applications, credit and background checks; prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure leases and renewals.
