Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a full-time Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities at a Mountain View community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease documents and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will stay informed on market conditions, implement marketing plans, follow company policies, and nurture renewals to sustain occupancy and revenue growth across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property sales.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Strong communication and follow-up to secure leases or renewals.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments and process applications including credit and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Maintain data in property management software and track leasing activities.
