Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Associate to coordinate the community's leasing, marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

This role requires staying informed about market conditions, creating short- and long-term marketing plans, using on-site software like OneSite or Yardi, and delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Qualifies prospects, conducts tours, processes applications, and handles screenings and background checks.
• Prepares lease and move-in package and ensures smooth move-in and lease signing.

Responsibilities

• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates maintenance as needed.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Creates marketing activities to drive traffic using online platforms.
• Uses property management software to track availability and data.
• Ensures show units meet quality standards and maintains leasing office readiness.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Coordinates lease renewals and documents with residents.
