Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins, renewals, and excellent resident satisfaction.

The role requires on-site presence with strong customer service, detailed knowledge of market conditions, and proficiency with on-site management software. Benefits and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; 50 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Stay informed about market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and data.
• Ensure show units meet standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for residents; manage renewal process.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner concerns and document requests.
