Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident retention. You will perform all leasing activities, support renewals, and help deliver a smooth move-in process.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, screening credits, preparing lease documents, and following up to secure lease signings.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal activities.
• Ability to greet, tour, screen applications, and close leases.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move-in.
• Inspect units and ensure they are ready for move-in and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow company policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and internet marketing.
