Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multi-family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins ensuring high resident satisfaction and timely renewals.

The role requires daily coordination with maintenance and on-site teams, monitoring occupancy, and implementing marketing plans to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
