Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a multifamily community. You will drive occupancy, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will inspect units, implement marketing plans, use OneSite/Yardi to manage data, and support renewal programs. A valid driver’s license is required for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• High customer service orientation and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate necessary repairs with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain high occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and contacting renewing residents.
