Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, tours, applications, and move-ins.
• Maintain high occupancy and revenue through renewal programs.
• Follow company policies on concessions and programs.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments, process applications, and sign leases.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Handle resident inquiries and renewals timely.
• Utilize on-site software to track visits and data.
