Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will handle tours, applications, screening, and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth resident experience and timely lease renewals.

The role requires staying informed on market conditions, executing marketing activities, and maintaining show units to Greystar standards. Onsite responsibilities include using OneSite/Yardi and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Leads leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Maintains resident satisfaction and coordinates renewals.
• Designs marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and perform background checks.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance to ensure move‑in readiness.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Promote referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing to drive traffic.
• Track availability and leasing activities in property management software.
