Greystar's Ascend at Celina Hills in Celina, TX is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive leasing, marketing, and renewals for the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, evaluate applications, and coordinate move-ins with a focus on resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.

You'll stay informed on market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and use on-site software to track traffic, leases, and resident data while ensuring a high-quality show experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing activities.
• Ability to conduct tours and process applications.
• Knowledge of marketing and occupancy strategies.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in; ensure move-in ready condition.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Handle lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
• Track leasing activities and resident data using on-site software.
