Greystar in Leander, Texas is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our residential communities. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credits, and prepare lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

The role requires strong customer service, sales, and marketing abilities, with on-site software like OneSite or Yardi used to track activity.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.
Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
Familiarity with on-site software to track leasing data and show units.

Responsibilities

Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure units are ready for residents.
Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Drive traffic through online marketing and referrals; manage outreach programs.
Record traffic, leasing activities, and resident data in the management software.
Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
Follow up with prospects and renewals to finalize decisions.
Support lease renewal processes and communicate with renewing residents.
