Job summary

Greystar in Celina, TX is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins.

This role requires staying informed about market conditions, implementing marketing plans, using OneSite or Yardi, and coordinating with maintenance to keep show units appealing, while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing for multi-family properties.
• Ability to screen applicants, conduct tours, and qualify prospects.
• Familiarity with leasing software such as OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any repairs with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Stay informed about market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (online ads, referrals, employer outreach) and follow community plans.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize lease signings or renewals.
• Support lease renewal program with early outreach and renewal documentation.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and escalate issues as needed.
