Greystar is seeking a personable Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a residential community in Austin. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, and secure lease signings while ensuring resident satisfaction.

In this role you will implement local marketing plans, leverage on-site software like OneSite or Yardi, and collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to achieve occupancy goals and drive renewals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leasing residential units and processing applications.
• Knowledge of credit screening and background checks.
• Ability to conduct property tours and greet prospects.
• Familiar with rental market and marketing plans.
• Proficient with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).

Aufgaben

• Drive leasing and occupancy goals by showing apartments and processing applications.
• Inspect units pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals.
• Track availability and tenant data using OneSite/Yardi.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to close leases.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages; manage renewal timing.
• Respond to resident and owner inquiries promptly.
