Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by performing all leasing activities related to new residents, renewals, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role requires inspecting units, coordinating with maintenance, following market trends, and executing targeted marketing programs to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour, process applications and prepare leases.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance needs.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Uses property management software to track availability and data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office for daily activity.
• Follows up with prospects to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and packages.
