Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications; screen credit and background; complete lease documents.
• Drive occupancy through short- and long-term marketing plans and programs.
• Use property mgmt software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and are move-in ready.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages; engage renewing residents in advance of move-out dates.
