GRE Management LLC in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Leasing Professional to act as the community's sales representative and deliver high-level customer service. You will tour properties, answer questions, and drive occupancy and rental goals while staying current on policies and laws.

You will coordinate with the Community Director and maintain the Yardi dashboard, respond to inquiries quickly, and help manage leasing documents and approvals.

Competenze

• Minimum one year with GRE Management or related property management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Experience with lease-up communities preferred.

Mansioni

• Tour the community with prospects and answer questions about amenities, neighborhood, and details.
• Be expert in community features, benefits, and amenities.
• Answer phone calls and emails and respond promptly.
• Walk tour path and ensure units meet GRE-M standards.
• Post Craigslist ads through Rooof as directed by Community Director.
• Manage the approval process with prospects.
• Monitor daily Yardi dashboard to process applications on schedule.
• Follow screening policies and fair housing laws; provide alternative credit options as appropriate.
• Identify potentially fraudulent applicants.
• Generate accurate, timely leases for applicants.
• Process prospect Yardi CRM queue and use Yardi ChatBot for lead generation and follow-up.
• Advise Leasing Area Manager on pricing, concessions, promotions.
• Assist with market-ready amenities and common areas as needed.
• Perform additional duties and maintain BE ONE TEAM value.
