Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at a California property. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins while delivering top-tier customer service.

Under the Community Manager, you will implement on-site marketing, maintain lease files, and support resident retention. A high school diploma and 1 year of customer service or sales experience are preferred; Yardi and MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience: 1 year customer service or sales (or relevant education).
• Technical: Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours of apartments and amenities, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and shop competitors.
• Develop and monitor referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
