Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at our property and to generate qualified traffic through local networking. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, coordinate move-ins, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will develop on-site marketing plans, maintain leasing records, process applications, and support renewal activity while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and strong curb

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop on-site marketing strategies and merchant/neighborhood referral programs.
• Maintain files, process applications, and ensure lease expirations and renewals are tracked.
• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and support community operations as needed.
