Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic and providing exceptional customer service at the property in Austin, TX. Under the Community Manager, you will tour apartments, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins.

You will perform market surveys, develop on-site marketing strategies, and manage referrals while maintaining lease files and processing fees and notices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys, monitor referrals, and develop on-site marketing activity.
• Maintain lease files, collect fees, and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Support renewal tracking and assist with resident relations and service requests.
