Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at our property by conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and coordinating move-ins. You will perform market surveys, develop marketing strategies, and manage referral programs to increase qualified traffic and closings.

With at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, you will use MS Office and Yardi to track applications, rents, deposits, and notices, while maintaining compliant files and high-quality resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist is a plus.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and competitive shops to refine on-site marketing.
• Develop referral programs and outreach to increase qualified traffic and closings.
• Coordinate resident retention efforts, renewals, notices, and inspections of market-ready units.
