Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at our Houston property. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins, while delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships within the local community.

Responsibilities include promoting resident retention, coordinating tours, and supporting on-site marketing efforts. A high school diploma is required, with preference for college education and Yardi proficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property; provide tours and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and competitive checks.
• Develop on-site marketing activity strategies and partnerships.
