Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities at the property and responds to inquiries, tours apartments and amenities, and coordinates move-ins.
• Conducts market surveys and competitive shops; develops and monitors on-site marketing activities.
• Maintains files, processes payments, and ensures compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards.
• Supports renewals, notices to vacate, and community events; maintains curb appeal and property appearance.
