Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Houston, TX to maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting property tours, and coordinating move-ins. You will perform market surveys, support on-site marketing, and foster resident retention while delivering outstanding customer service.

Under the Community Manager, you will manage fees, deposits, rents, and lease paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program rules and housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).

Responsibilities

• Leasing: respond to inquiries, provide tours, schedule move-ins.
• Sales/Marketing: conduct market surveys, promote on-site activities.
• Develop referral programs and maintain move-in packets and newsletters.
• Assist with renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and relevant occupancy standards.
