Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at our Austin property. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins to deliver excellent resident experiences.

You will develop local market strategies, maintain lease files, ensure compliance with fair housing laws, coordinate move-ins, and partner with management to drive resident retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong computer skills; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, give property tours and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop on-site marketing and referral programs to increase qualified traffic.
• Maintain files, ensure occupancy goals, and support resident retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold Fair Housing policies.
